Kelsey Scott
Kelsey has been part of the Hope Horses team since November 2015. After graduating from Auburn University in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Nonprofit and Philanthropy studies, God opened the door for her to use her hands and feet for His glory at Hope. Kelsey is proud to be a part of such a great team of staff members, volunteers, and horses.

Allison Curl
Allison started volunteering at Hope in February of 2019. She fell in love with the program and decided she wanted to teach lessons. Allison became the Volunteer Coordinator in April of 2021 and received her PATH certification in September of 2022. "Being a part of this program brings me so much joy."

Lauren Koller
While Lauren was studying for her undergraduate degree in special education, she volunteered at a nearby therapeutic riding program and fell in love with it. Throughout her 13 year teaching career, she always tried to volunteer at a program in each city she moved to. In 2017, she stopped teaching to stay at home with her son. In 2018, Lauren and her husband moved to Cullman, and she began volunteering at Hope. Shortly after, they asked if she would be interested in becoming an instructor. "God opened up a door for me to follow a dream."

Mariah Miles
Mariah was born and raised in Cullman, AL, and has been riding and caring for horses her entire life. In 2018, when God called her to start working at Hope, she knew it was something He had already equipped her to do. She received her CHA-IRD certification in March of 2019 and has been teaching lessons since then."I enjoy every aspect of my job at Hope Horses, including getting to know and serve each family that comes through our barn doors."

Ashleigh Curl
Ashleigh started volunteering at Hope in 2019 and became the Barn Assistant in January 2023. "I love watching the students progress each lesson and seeing the joy on their faces when they ride."
